Step-by-Step Instructions (3 Steps)

Obtain the seller's verified bank account details displayed on your Order Confirmation page. Transfer the exact order total from your banking app.

Expected Outcome: You receive a transfer receipt or screenshot from your bank.

Send the bank transfer slip or transaction screenshot to the store via the generated WhatsApp link.

Expected Outcome: The store verifies the funds with their bank and marks your order as 'Confirmed'.

Confirm your delivery address and recipient contact number with the seller on WhatsApp.

Expected Outcome: The store books their courier service and dispatches your parcel for cash collection upon handover.

•IMPORTANT: Never transfer funds to an account bearing the name 'Fan HQ'. Payments belong directly to the individual store.
•Fan HQ does not process credit or debit cards on-platform in this release.
