Understanding the reservation system: how Fan HQ locks your item and opens a direct WhatsApp channel with the seller.

Step-by-Step Instructions (4 Steps)

Choose your desired variant (if applicable) and quantity on the product page, then click 'Reserve & Order'.

Expected Outcome: Your selection is added to your bag or checkout screen.

Enter your contact name, Sri Lankan delivery address, and active WhatsApp phone number.

Expected Outcome: The order review summary calculates the total price in LKR.

Choose between 'Bank Transfer' (direct to store) or 'Cash on Delivery' (COD).

Expected Outcome: Stock is automatically reserved: 12 hours hold for COD, 24 hours hold for Bank Transfer.

Upon clicking 'Place Order', an itemized WhatsApp chat link generates. Click 'Open WhatsApp' to message the store directly.

Expected Outcome: Your WhatsApp client opens with the pre-formatted order summary ready to send to the merchant.

•Stock reservation ensures no other customer can buy the last unit while you coordinate payment.
•If you do not send your confirmation message before the hold timer expires, the reservation automatically releases back into public inventory.
