Step-by-Step Instructions (3 Steps)

Our administration team reviews vendor submissions during business days (Monday–Friday). Standard review SLA is 2 to 3 business days.

Expected Outcome: Your store status updates once review is complete.

If your application could not be approved (e.g. illegible ID, missing phone number, incomplete bio), the rejection reason will be displayed on /sell.

Expected Outcome: Clear instructions on what details need correction.

Update your details or upload a clearer photo of your NIC/BR on the application page and re-submit.

Expected Outcome: Your application is returned to the review queue.
