Step-by-Step Instructions (4 Steps)

Sign in and navigate to fanhq.lk/sell. Review the available plans and click 'Select This Plan' on the Starter Tier (Free).

Expected Outcome: The vendor application form is displayed.

Enter your Store Name, City hub, WhatsApp contact number for buyer orders, and a brief description of what you sell.

Expected Outcome: Store details are validated.

Upload a clean photo of your Sri Lankan National Identity Card (NIC) or Business Registration (BR) certificate.

Expected Outcome: Document uploads successfully with a green checkmark indicator.

Tip: Ensure all text on your ID is sharp and legible; blurry documents delay onboarding.

Review the Fan HQ Seller Code of Conduct, confirm 100% authenticity of merchandise, and submit.

Expected Outcome: Your application is marked as 'Pending Review'. Administrators review applications within 2–3 business days.
