When a customer places an order, you will receive an incoming message on WhatsApp and an order entry in your Shop Dashboard.
For Bank Transfer orders, inspect the buyer's slip in your banking app. For COD orders, verify the delivery address with the buyer on WhatsApp.
In the Shop Dashboard under Orders, click 'Accept / Confirm Order'.
Wrap the item securely with bubble wrap and sturdy outer cardboard. Hand over to your courier service.
Once the courier confirms delivery, mark the order as 'Completed' in your dashboard.
